3. If you are submitting your own art, see our Submitting Art page for specific options to save you money.
4. Go to the secure online order page. Here you can place your order. Click on the What's This icon next to each section for answers to questions. Place your order online, you will receive a confirmation via email immediately. . We will work up an art proof that we will email to you, this will happen in about 1 -3 business days. Your order will arrive on or right before the date you need them. Then it is up to you to just enjoy your coozies. If you have a question regarding your order, please use your confirmation number in all correspondence. Your confirmation number will be will be referenced in your confirmation email.

Great question, fabric has a fabric covering and neoprene is the scuba material. Fabric fits cans well and neoprene because it stretches fits cans and bottles well.

Good Question. The cost for 100 is .79 each plus $40.00 for a screen charge plus $13.00 for shipping, boxing and handling. Your total cost to your door is $132.00. This is assuming you are using our art, and have a greater than 2 week turnaround. If you want to calcuate the price on other products, just click on the link, fill out the first page of the form, and then Click Add to Cart. Your total will be shown.

Can I create my own art in Word, or I only want to do text on my KOOZIE^® Can Kooler ?

Yes. You certainly can. Use our Word Document for sizing and rules and send it in after you place your order or attach to the last page of the online order process. Or you could use our KOOZIE online design process.

Well, here's our answer. We can send you a sample. We do have a sample pack of 3 products here. That being said, each run comes off the line a little bit different in color. If color matching is that important to you, you will probably not be happy with your product. At great risk and with no guarantees, I have posted colors. Keep in mind, that they may look a little different on your computer and they may look different when they come. I feel confident in the black being black :) We absolutely will not answer questions, like "Is the Georgia Green like a Kentucky fescue grass green or more like a 8 year old male booger green?" Please don't get mad. It is just so subjective and each person has their own opinion and we at Kustom Koozies want to have a fun product.

We prioritize by date needed. We deliver on or before the date you specify. We DO NOT miss deadlines. Late is not an options We do have rush options. Check the second page in the order form, for rush options and prices. These change seasonally. During the summer months the rush periods are longer, as we are processing about twice as much as in the winter. We will make sure it is there before your due date. In 2008 out of over 6,000 orders we have not missed one date.

Hey Bob: Can I get different color products. and is there a charge for that?

Another good question, Yes you can, make sure the ink will be ok. For example don't order yellow and black KOOZIE^® Can Koolers with black ink. Black with black ink will not look that great. There is a single $10.00 extra charge for mixing it up. Put your color choices in the box for extra info at the bottom. In the event a color is not available another similar color will be substituted. This multiple color option is to give you some choices here. A substitution happens only 1 in 20 times and you may want to indicate your first choice in substitutions. We will not contact you in this event of a substitution. It will be a surprise. If this is not agreeable, I would suggest 1 color, where there are no substitutions. We are just trying to keep people happy.

Thanks for asking, due to demand, we have added that to our line, and it is very popular and we call it our Pocket KOOZIE. We also have a wonderful slip, neoprene zipper, wine wraps and stadium cups.

Absolutely! After you place your order, you get a confirmation email immediately of the details of your order, in approximately 1 -3 days you will receive an email with your proof to approve. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want!

Regular shipping (for 10 business day or more turnaround) is $13.00 per 100 or portion of 100, so shipping for 150 would be $26.00. We ship via UPS for all orders, and USPS for our sample packs. Shipping to Canada has some import fees.

RUSH order with 7 turnaround All regions Cost is $14.00/25. So 30 would be $14.00, 60 would be $28.00.

If you do not approve your artwork (which will be emailed to you) in 24 hours, your due date will be moved out.

Foam (stand up) is considerably more expensive to ship, so any Foam (stand up) has the following rush fees.

1. You can select one our graphic designs. And change names and dates. The red text is editable There is no charge for that.
2. You can minimally modify one of our designs. i.e. 1 design on front, 1 on back, or Change fonts or remove a part of the design this is a $20.00 fee.
3. Provide us a fax or detail of your request, and our artists will design it for you and let you edit it until it meets your needs. This has a $40.00 fee. (Well worth it, have you ever hired a graphic designer at $75.00 per hour? We are unable to proof artwork that is not affiliated with an order. Please place your order, then submit your artwork.

That's right. Go ahead and place an order for as few as one piece on our secure order form.

Good question. Our products are screen printed, meaning ink is pushed through a screen in the right places to put the ink on the KOOZIE^® Can Koolers . Screen printing is a tedious process. Multiple coats of emulsion are put on both sides of a screen, then it is stored to air dry in a dark environment. Then a black transparency (positive) is printed in the dark room. This positive is placed on the screen. The screen is then burned in an exposure unit. Then the screen is sprayed with water to remove the emulsion in the non-exposed portion. The screen has to dry again. Then it is taped and ink is put on it. After the ink is put on the KOOZIE^® Can Koolers , the screen is cleaned. This is a chemical process using a power washer. This is for each job. The screen charge on all new orders is 40.00 EXACT repeat orders is $20.00, and changing ink color on back side is $20.00.

Good news here. If you re-order within a year of your last order with the exact same design, your screen charge is only $20.00. Please give us your confirmation number from your previous order.

Yes, your information is secure with us. And lets be real clear we do not sell your email address, nor will we ever spam you or try and sell you anything. The only emails you get with us will be clarification questions or proofs. So please give us an email you check frequently. We do not want to be waiting on clarification about art because you do not check a yahoo or hotmail account very frequently.

This question has nothing to do with KOOZIE^® Can Koolers , but it is frequently asked, so it should be included on every F.A.Q. page you visit. Answer: As it turns out, this question is often asked sarcastically or matter-of-factly in order to imply a response in the affirmative ("yes") since the Pope is Catholic. Typically, the question would arise in a scenario like this: KOOZIE Lover 1: Did you go to the party? KOOZIE Lover 2: Is the Pope Catholic? See? KOOZIE Lover 1"asked" the question... Now you know the answer.

Great news. We have gone back to our policy of no minimum order size. The pricing is a little higher, (as to be expected). But Woo Hoo this is great news!! No one in the world will do 1 single piece except for Kustom Koozies!!! This is great for small Christmas Parties, Birthday parties, Fourth of July Parties, etc.

We get asked this quite frequently. I think the fear is we have cheap products. Our products are great quality, and our customers love them and keep re-ordering. We have low overhead, and only do KOOZIE^® Can Koolers , so we aren't trying to make money off of 1000's of products. We at Kustom Koozies love what we do. We are very efficient. I get tempted to raise our prices, but would prefer many happy repeat customers.

Unfortunately yes. Each style has its own screen. And see screen charges above. The answer is the same with our other products.

Yes, we can fulfill orders for blanks. The cost is the same as printed, there is just no screen charge. Why is it the same price and not less, you ask? Good question, our prices are real low, and we make very little profit off the product. We don't really want to sell blanks, but we do like to keep people happy. Our customers come up with some great ideas for blanks.

Yes we do, have metallic silver and metallic gold. They look great for your wedding KOOZIE There is an additional 20 cents per piece charge for these.

Do you have a restocking fee for cancellations or reductions?

Actually we do, we charge a 10 cent per KOOZIE^® Can Kooler restocking fee for cancellations or reductions, as it time-consuming. And really, why would anyone not want their KOOZIE^® Can Koolers ? (No fees or charges for adding to your order however, we will work around that. :)

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

You thought we would go the old "A woodchuck would chuck a chuck of wood if a woodchuck could chuck wood" response, but after doing a bit of research, we found that a woodchuck would chuck about 700 pounds of wood if a woodchuck could (and did) chuck wood. Apparently Richard Thomas published an article in the Wall Street Journal with reasoning behind this conclusion. After you order from Kustom Koozies, and while thoroughly testing go google that. :)
