First, thanks for coming here and
checking out the
FAQ's. Hopefully it will answer some of your questions.
1. Determine which style KOOZIE TM you would
like, foam, pocket, tall pocket or slip on bottle. Pictures and colors are below. The
traditional ones
are the foam ones. How much are 100
Foam
Kustom Koozies, one color ink? Good Question. The cost for 100 is .79 each plus
$40.00
for a screen charge plus $11.00 for shipping, boxing and
handling. Your total cost to
your door is $130.00. This is assuming you are using our art, and
have a greater than 2 week turnaround. Yes. You certainly can. Use our Word Document
for sizing and rules and send it in after you place your order or
attach to the last page of the online order process.
Well, here's my answer. Each run comes off the
line a
little bit different in color. If color matching is that
important to you, you will probably not be happy with your
Kustom Koozies. At great risk and with no guarantees, I have posted
colors. Keep in mind, that they may look a little different on
your computer and they may look different when they come. I feel
confident in the black being black :) I
absolutely will not answer questions, like "Is the Georgia Green
like
a Kentucky fescue grass green or more like a 8 year old male booger
green?" Please don't get mad. It is just so subjective and
each person has their own opinion and we are just doing Koozies for
fun. Colors

Can I get a sample pack of Koozies? Absolutely, Just go to Send me a Koozie sample pack, and fill out our quick form. For $5.00 including shipping and handling we send you 1 printed sample each of our 4 koozies. We ship this USPS, and it will to out the next day.How long does it take to get my Koozies? We prioritize by date needed. Count on 2 weeks door to
door without any rush fees.
That is time to
print,
process and mail to you. We do have rush options. Check the
second page in the order form, for rush options and prices. We
will make sure it is there before your due date. In 2006 out of over 5,000 orders we have not missed one date. Hey Bob: Can I get different color Kustom Koozies and is there a charge for that? Another good question, Yes you can, limit 10 per
color,
and make sure the ink will be ok. For example don't order yellow
and black coozies with black ink. Black with black
ink will
not look that great. You can
order a minimum of 50 pieces of blanks per color. There is
a single $10.00 extra charge for
mixing it up. Put your color choices in the box for extra info at the
bottom.
In the event a color is not available another similar color will be
substituted. This multiple color option is to give you some
choices here. A
substitution happens only 1 in 10 times and you may want to indicate
your first choice in substitutions. We will not contact you in
this event of a substitution. It will be a surprise. If
this
is not agreeable, I would suggest 1 color, where there are no
substitutions. We are just trying to keep people happy. Do you guys have collapsible Kustom Koozies? Thanks for asking, due to demand, we have added that to our line, and it is very popular and we call it our Pocket Koozie. We also have a tall collapsible, and a wonderful slip on bottle koozies. How much is shipping for 150 pieces? Regular shipping (for 2 weeks or more turnaround) is
$11.00
per 100 or portion of 100, so shipping for
150 kustom koozies would be $22.00. Can
I get
a Rush on my order? These are our ordering options. Standard is for
greater
than 2 week turnaround. Standard turnaround ($0 - no additional charge) RUSH order with 2 week or less
turnaround All
regions ($30 flat fee) RUSH order with 1 week or less turnaround I Don't have any
artwork.
What
should I do? Well we have three choices for you. 1. You can select one our coozie designs.
And change names and dates. There is no charge for that.
Didn't you offer minimum order of one dozen? Yes, and we are back to doing that. Go ahead and
place an order on our secure
custom coozie
order form. Good question. Coozies are screen printed, meaning
ink is
pushed through a screen in the right places to put the ink on the
KOOZIE. Screen printing is a tedious process. Multiple
coats
of emulsion are put on both sides of a screen, then it is stored to air
dry in
a dark environment. Then a black transparency (positive) is
printed in the dark room. This positive is placed on the
screen. The screen is then burned in an exposure unit. Then
the screen is sprayed with water to remove the emulsion in the
non-exposed portion. The screen has to dry again. Then it
is taped and ink is put on it.
After the ink is put on the koozie, the screen is cleaned. This
is a chemical process using a power washer. This is for each job.
Good news here. If you re-order within a year of
your
last order with the exact same design, your screen charge is only
$20.00. Yes, your information is secure with us. And lets
be
real clear we do not sell your email address, nor will we ever spam you
or try and sell you anything. The only emails you get with us
will be clarification questions or proofs. So please give us an
email you check frequently. We do not want to be waiting on
clarification about art because you do not check a yahoo or hotmail
account very frequently. I don't trust the internet
for
orders, what can I do? First, Our site is secure, so that should not be a
problem. But we do understand. You can place the
order online and call us with your credit card information..
Or, you can print out the information and mail it to us with a

not start the process until we have
received your check or payment. Kustom Koozies I don't need 100, what can I
do? Great news. We have gone back to our dozen minimum
policy. The pricing is a little higher, (as to be
expected). But Woo Hoo this is great news!! No one in the
world will do 12 except for Kustom Koozies!!! This is great
for small Christmas
Parties, Birthday parties, Fourth of July Parties, etc. We get asked this quite frequently. I think the
fear is we have cheap products. Our products are great quality,
and our
customers love them and keep re-ordering. We have low overhead,
and only do Coozies, so we aren't trying to make money off of 1000's of
products.
Just Koozies. We are very effecient. I get tempted to raise our prices, but would
prefer many
happy repeat customers. Can I use your art
samples with
my names and dates? Yes, that is why they are there. If I get half foam ones and half pocket ones is it still 2 screen charges? Unfortunately yes. Each style has its own
screen. And see screen charges above. The answer is the same with our tall water bottle and slip on bottle koozie. Can I order blanks? and if
so
how much are they? Yes, we can fulfill orders for blanks. The cost is
the same as printed, there is just no screen charge. Why is it
the same price and not less, you ask? Good question,
our prices are
real low, and we make very little profit off the product. We
don't really want
to sell blanks, but we do like to keep people happy. Our
customers come up with some great ideas for blanks. Yes we do, have metallic silver and metallic gold. They
look great for wedding koozies. There is an additional 10 cents
per piece charge for these. They are only available for foam kustom koozies. Do you have a restocking fee
for cancellations or reductions?
How long has Kustom Koozies
been
in business? We are proud to say, that we have been producing and
selling Kustom Koozies since January of 1999. We have tried very hard to
maintain a small company feel, even though we are growing. But we
are working real hard to grow smart. In other words, we take care
of our customers.
