4. Art Work
  ($0) No artwork fee. I am changing names and dates only and using KustomKoozies stock artwork (see selection below). OR I have provided a high resolution sized camera ready artwork.

($20) Minimal artwork. I am using one sample art on front and one sample art on back, or changing font, or modifying a stock artwork, or adding a line of text, or changing the angle of a font. (Explain in comments box below)

Art work needs to be approved within 24 hours of receiving e-mailed proof, or the order will be shipped without approval.

6. Please indicate specific text desired for your koozies, Name, Dates, etc, and indicate anything else special with your order. Please notate 2nd side artwork if appropriate.

   (If 10 business days or less, appropriate rush charges will apply - even for blanks)
   (If 7 business days or less, make sure to tell us the time zone of the delivery address in Step 8 - even for blanks)

8. Optional RUSH Turnaround Charges:
Two rush order options are available. Both incur a flat fee. For the fastest 7 days or less option, an additional charge is incurred based on the number of items and the time zone region to which it is delivered. These are for the 48 Continental states.
  If the date chosen in Step 7 is on or before Monday, April 05, 2010, the rush charge in all time zones is $30 (flat fee)

For delivery on or before Sunday, March 28, 2010, the charge depends on the time zone of the delivery address as well as the quantity ordered.
