8. Optional RUSH Turnaround Charges:
Two rush order options are available.
Both incur a flat fee.
For the fastest

or less option,
an additional charge is incurred based on
the number of items and the time zone region
to which it is delivered.
These are for the 48 Continental states.

the charge depends on the time zone of the delivery address
